A fantastic opportunity has become available for a CLINIC MANAGER.

My client is looking to recruit a Clinic Manager to develop and co-ordinate their clinic. Working alongside the clinical team, consisting of Cosmetic Doctors, Aesthetic Nurses and Medical Aestheticians. Key activities will focus on performance management, target monitoring, marketing of products, team management, activity management, delegation and staff organisation.

Quality and risk management, implementation and audit of company policies, procedures and protocols, maintenance of specific local policies and procedures.

For this role, you must;

  • Be commercially minded.
  • Have a proven track record in sales Management experience
  • Be well presented.
  • A team player, flexible and energetic with a bright personality
  • A “people” person.
  • Current NMC
  • Min 4 years in a senior nurse role within a sales environment
